Healing Retreats are times to Relax, Rest and Restore.

Relax

You begin to feel the change as soon as you make the commitment of time and place. You pack your most comfortable clothes, the book you’ve wanted to read, and the music you’ve been meaning to listen to.

Rest

Your body, mind and spirit require quiet and stillness, a time out for napping, sleeping late, and allowing someone else to do the cooking. When you rest, you remember who you are – you become you again.

Restore

As you relax, you return to your natural state of balance, harmony and peace. You body replaces excess adrenalin with endorphins, the “feel good” hormones. You regain a sense of well-being, a sense of peace, hope and joy. Welcome and enjoy your calm, serene and happy life. You do deserve these quiet, pensive moments. It is real and you can experience it regularly by taking yourself on a Healing Retreat.
